As an artist, my interests and exploration lay in the foundations of ontology and the process of phenomenology. The investigation of these approaches to the 'interior' body interweaves itself through interdisciplinary practices consisting of installation art, painting, drawing, sculpture, video, and performance. The outcomes are an investigative process with an emphasis on presence, absence, veiling, and revelation. These protrude, yet recede, into the exploratory domain of the void, merging within the intuitive and an inquiry of introspection with such experimental studio practice. The materials bring forth these equivalencies where the audience engages and interacts with the works whereby participating and inquiring upon one's relationship within the space of experience and as the experiencer. Questions of the material's functions and usage behold an amalgamation with the unveiling of intermittent and immersed notions which appear in the formless into form, where the seen and unseen are subtracted and included.
